1) The 40-Day MASS Intelligence Training Manual - This explains the science behind the training strategy and as you see, the number 40 has to do with the length of the set (in terms of seconds), the length of the workout (in terms of minutes), the rest in between sets and the number of days that the program consists of.
2) The 40-Day MASS Consumption Condition Manual - This is all about Ben's nutrition plan where he explains in great detail how to figure out your proteins, carbs, and fats so that you can gain muscle and lose fat.
